Nubia Red Magic 6 series has been launched in China
Over the past few years, if there is one phone segment that has seen a significant rise, then that has to be the gaming phone segment. Earlier, these phones were just gimmicks. They didn’t offer anything useful, except just had a few little quirks. But now, these phones are among the most sensible choices in the market. They have all the features you would ever need. And also they always come with something new and unique. And more often than not, they aren’t exorbitantly priced either. The only reason you might have for not buying one is their aggressive design. But that design also attracts a lot of people, especially gamers. So, I don’t see that going anywhere from this segment.
Nubia, one of the first companies to make a gaming phone has now launched their latest set of phones, the Nubia Red Magic 6 and Red Magic 6 Pro. The phone for now has only been released in China. Here are its specifications.
Nubia Red Magic 6 Specs
The mobile comes with a 6.8 inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 500Hz touch sampling rate. Yes, you read that right, this phone has a 165Hz refresh rate panel. Your fingers will literally glide over it.
Nubia Red Magic 6 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 5G chipset and for GPU it uses an Adreno 660. The device is available with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It has a massive 5050mAh battery with 66W fast-charging.
Nubia Red Magic 6 Pro Specs
The Pro mobile sports the same 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It uses the same chipset as well. There is some difference in cooling between the non-pro and the pro models. Apart from this, the only other difference is in their battery. The Red Magic 6 Pro sports a smaller 4500mAh battery than the Red 6 but it supports up to 120W fast-charging.
Price
The price of Nubia Red magic 6 starts from CNY 3,799 (~INR 42,700). While the price of Nubia Red Magic 6 Pro starts at CNY 4,399 (~INR 49,500). Nubia has also launched a transparent version of red Magic 6 pro, the price of which starts from CNY 5,599 (~INR 62,999).
